General Policy

Due to the custom nature of many of our products, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Custom Products

Custom-made products, including signage, printed items and airbrushing services, are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they are faulty or not produced as agreed.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with details and photos where applicable. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Change of Mind

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for custom products. For standard products, please contact us before returning any item.
